Rick did a fantastic job with a tricky and ever changing situation with raccoons that were in my home. He got them out with the least damage possible to my house and is going to “racoon proof” my vents and repair some areas on my roof that the raccoon disturbed. He is very patient and understanding and accessible. I highly recommend his services.

Rick was professional & knowledgeable. He actually FIXED the shoddy and potentially DAMAGING “work” (removed spray foam that was unsightly and was lifting brand new shingles and removed spray foam on a brand new ridge vent) of another “animal expert” from the area without charging extra for those services.

Side note: I had to file a formal complaint on this other person, but that is another story. If ANYONE wants to start using spray foam on your home as the only means to “fix” your issue… RUN the other way! PLEASE ASK what their method of remediation is first. I am speaking from first hand experience. I have pictures to back up all that I am saying.

Rick then proceeded to communicate with me regularly about his findings & plan, shared with me a DETAILED line-item bid, and came out to complete the work in various steps, rechecking at different times in order to ensure that the bats were indeed out. He started his process last September and JUST checked back yesterday.

I cannot say enough positive things about his professionalism & effectiveness. SIDE NOT: TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU… certain “5 star rated businesses” in the same field are absolutely not 5 star & likely have false ratings. I can attest to that.

Rick at Tall Timber is a stand up guy and is deserving of this rating.

Tall Timber Wildlife Services showed up just 2 days after I reached out Rick walked me through the process of how he was going to get rid of the raccoons and the pricing so there were no surprises. 

He came back the next day with a taller ladder since my chimney is super-tall. He prayed the fluids to get rid of the raccoons and set up cameras facing the chimney in the front and back. He wanted to make certain they were gone.

Then he came back about a week later to check the cameras to see if they were gone. He sent me a video of them leaving on the second day. He even left the cameras there days later to be certain they did not come back. 

I will 100% be recommending Rick to anyone I know has similar problems. He made my stressful situation stressless as soon as he was involved. Four chimney raccoons are gone

There is nothing quite like stepping into the hallway on a 3 AM sojourn to the bathroom and having a winged creature swooping down at you. Or walking down the stairs, only to find that the oddly textured thing you just stepped on is flying off into the living room.

Since we moved here two years ago, we have had a few instances of bats getting into the house(including the two situations above). For two years we have called many different professionals to prevent it from reoccurring. None of them have been as helpful, cost-effective, or proficient as Rick from Tall Timber.

He quickly found problem areas that were ignored or glossed over by others we’ve hired and went the extra mile to check extremely hard-to-see or reach areas. He didn’t take advantage of my inexperience, and he actually taught me quite a bit about what to look for.

I would highly recommend Tall Timber Wildlife Services to everyone who is having a critter problem.  I bought a mobile home in a very nice park and had no idea I had a groundhog community living underneath.  Called Rick, and he came out.  He was very helpful and professional.  He removed all seven of them!  Very affordable.  Gave me information on how seal up the holes.

I recently had Rick come back out for another critter problem in the belly of the home, as “something” had ripped open a hole!  Rick did a very thorough search and found out whatever it was is definitely gone.  He gave me a recommendation on what to do to keep it from returning.

Again, I would highly recommend Rick to take care of all your critter problems.  I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
