Kit, or baby skunk, birthing season is upon us. Often times people will call about smelling a skunk inside of their home or office but it disappears quickly. That is juvenile skunks that can’t control their stink. If you suspect skunks living under your deck, shed, or patio, Tall Timber can safely remove them for you.

The raccoons have been keeping us busy. We have had a great maternal season with 100% success rate on evictions. We make is so the female with remove the cubs on her own. Repairs can then be made on the home to prevent them from coming back.
During this season, it is time to keep the masked bandits out of bird feeders and garbage cans. We always suggest not feeding wildlife and gettings a good garbage can.

Birds, mice, snakes, and bugs can gain access to a home through vents. We use a powder coated steel vent to prevent critters from getting in. The manufacturer warrants from stinging insects to raccoon proof when it is installed correctly. Of course Tall Timber Wildlife knows how to do this for you!
Viewed here is a black ring-necked snake. Averaging 10-15 inches, these little creatures eat mostly worms, slugs, and small insects.
A contractor sealed up a crawl space in Jeannette, PA that a skunk happened to be living in. Tall Timber Wildlife Service removed stacks of blocks to get to the carcass. Both skunk stinkies and skunk spray filled the home. Tall Timber Wildlife disposed of the remains and sprayed deodorizing spray on the infectied area.

Two different houses had birds accessing the bathroom vent exhausts. After cleaning out and replacing some needed bathroom exhaust pipes, we installed new vent covers to prevent further damage and entry. Birds living in bathroom exhausts can bring bugs, mites, and dirt inside your home. They can also damage the exhaust fan and piping.
